Mustafa Can Kiren

Mustafa Can Kiren received his B.Sc. in Molecular Biology and Genetics from Bilkent University, followed by an M.Sc. in Physiology from Istanbul Medipol University. Between 2018 and 2022, he worked as a specialist at the Center for Assessment, Selection and Placement (ÖSYM) in Turkey. In 2022, he briefly held an R&D specialist position at INTERGEN Genetics and Rare Diseases Diagnosis Research & Application Center. Since 2023, he has been working as a research assistant at Ankara Medipol University. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Physiology at Istanbul Medeniyet University. His research focuses on the fundamental mechanisms of homeostatic and hedonic feeding. He conducts his studies in collaboration with Q-Lab, part of the Research Institute for Health Sciences and Technologies (SABITA) at Istanbul Medipol University.
