Şehide Baştürk

Şehide Basturk graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Biruni University in 2018. Since students, she participated in many training and certification programs related to the field of nutrition due to her interest in scientific research. After graduation, she worked in fields such as emotional nutrition and functional nutrition in various clinics and gained clinical experience. In 2024, he started to do a master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Sabahattin Zaim University. Currently, his thesis continues to do in-vitro studies on cancer and fasting metabolism. She also conducts hedonic nutrition and smell relationship in Q-Lab Laboratory under the supervision of Dr. Muhammed Ikbal Alp. She aims to conduct research on the effects of neurodegenerative diseases on nutrition, appetite and obesity to continue his research by discovering new findings that have not been discovered on this subject.
