She received her B.Sc. degree in Chemistry from Istanbul Technical University in 2023. As part of her undergraduate studies, she joined Erasmus+ at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, where she conducted research on the synthesis and spectroscopic characterization of copper (II) coordination compounds with azide ions and L-arginine. She gained research experience in organic chemistry during her internship at Kolemen Research Lab, Koç University, where she contributed to the development of small-molecule fluorescent probes for bio-imaging and activatable photosensitizers for photodynamic therapy. She also took part in multidisciplinary laboratory training at the Istanbul Laboratory Foreign Trade Directorate. During the final year of her undergraduate program, she carried out her research project under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Candan Erbil at Istanbul Technical University. Her work focused on the synthesis, characterization, and drug release kinetics of chitosan- and methacrylamide-based nano/microgels, combining expertise in polymer chemistry and controlled drug delivery systems. Following graduation, she worked as a Quality Control Analyst at Menarini Türkiye, where she was responsible for product analysis under GMP standards. Her research interests lie in biomaterials, nanotechnology, and their applications in drug delivery and regenerative medicine. She is currently pursuing further studies in Biomedical Engineering and Bioinformatics at Medipol University,SABITA.
