Asist. Prof. R. İclal Öztürk
İclal Öztürk received a B.S. degree in Nutrition and Dietetics Education from Istanbul Medipol University. She received Ph.D. degree in Clinical Biochemistry from Yuzuncu Yil University. Her research focused on the relationship between gastrointestinal afferent nerves and nutrients. She did her experiments in SABITA. After she obtained Ph.D. degree she started to work at Medipol University. Dr. Öztürk is holding a faculty position in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics in the Faculty of Health Sciences. Her research areas are Nutritional Science, Functional Foods and Nutritional Psychology.Selected Publications;
