
Aslıhan obtained her Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Istanbul Medipol University in 2019. She went on to pursue a Master's degree in the same field from the same university. Currently, she is a Doctoral student at Medipol University, working under the guidance of Assistant Professor Muhammed İkbal Alp.
Her primary area of research focuses on exploring the effects of nutrition and fasting on cognitive function and neurodegenerative disorders, such as Alzheimer's disease.
