Biological studies often require the investigation of gene expression across various conditions to comprehensively understand cellular mechanisms. Transcriptomic data analysis is an essential bioinformatics approach that facilitates the systematic processing and interpretation of the corresponding complex sequencing datasets. In this workshop, we will address the fundamental principles of transcriptomic workflows, with a focus on raw data handling, quality control, and the downstream interpretation of expression profiles. Ultimately, it aims to introduce a clear, practical framework for transforming complex sequencing data into meaningful biological insights.
Location: Istanbul Medipol University, North Campus / C Block, 2nd Floor, Faculty of Engineering, Glass Meeting Room
