Joudi Armouch
[email protected]Joudi Armouch is a biomedical engineer and researcher at Istanbul Medipol University SABITA, Eroğlu Lab, where she also serves as Procurement and Finance Manager. She began research as an undergraduate working with dimerization-dependent fluorescent proteins (ddFPs). She is pursuing a master’s in Biomedical Engineering and Bioinformatics (started Fall 2024). Her work now centers on drug screening: building and running biosensor-based assays to discover and evaluate compounds that modulate reactive oxygen species (ROS) and antioxidant pathways. She develops genetically encoded biosensors, optimizes readouts for live-cell and high-content formats, and designs workflows for hit finding and validation. Alongside experiments, she streamlines vendor selection, purchasing, and budgeting to keep screening pipelines fast and reliable. Her goal is to turn cellular redox signals into reliable, scalable screening platforms that accelerate discovery and preclinical decisions.
